- Bread flour: 10.6 oz (300 g)

- Tomato sauce: 3.4 fl oz (100 ml)
- Olive oil: 2–3 tablespoons
- Mozzarella cheese: 5.3 oz (150 g)

Prepare the Dough:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and instant yeast.
- Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and warm water, then knead to form a soft dough.
